Rio Grande Board Room
Schedule your next meeting in our beautiful glass board room. It is located off of our well-appointed reception area, has plenty of natural light and comfortably accommodates 14-16.
Equipped with a 65” LCD flat screen and connections for your laptop, the Board Room is great for presentations. Audio conferencing with unlimited local and domestic long distance dialing are included. Internet connectivity features wired 100MB fiber connection as well as convenient Wi-Fi connectivity. A glass whiteboard with assorted markers is also available for your use.
You and your guests will be greeted by our professional team and can help yourself to fresh brewed coffee just outside the board room, and tea and water in the break room. If you prefer, a coffee & water setup can be arranged, as well as the catering of your choice. Just talk to one of our friendly staff members who can provide a quote to assist with your needs.

Designed for sharing ideas, innovating and collaborative thinking, our Brazos Room seats six, and is built for collaborative work sessions. Located off the beautiful reception area. This room is a great choice for meeting clients and for sharing your laptop presentations with an oversized monitor.

This private meeting room is perfect for meetings from two to six and is located steps from our friendly staff and reception area. Like our other meeting rooms, the Lost Maples room is designed for maximum productivity and catering and other services are available upon your request.
Guadalupe Room
This private meeting room is ideal for group meetings.
Accommodating up to 12, you are able to showcase your best ideas and presentations on our monitor with an HDMI connection or screen-sharing. Catering and other services available upon request.
Medina Room
This beautiful private meeting room with floor to ceiling windows has plenty of natural light and comfortably seats up to 8 people. The room is equipped with a 65” LCD flat screen, Wi-Fi, and glass whiteboard with markers. It’s located in a quiet part of the suite with restrooms and breakroom nearby.
Networking Lounge
Sometimes you just need a place for a quick impromptu meeting to ask that quick question, pick another member’s brain or just to talk about last night’s game. We designed the Networking Lounge to be that place where you can have that “hallway conversation” in a much more comfortable setting.
